My role as chair of the handicap committee is to ensure a level playing field by ensuring that current and accurate Handicap Factors are maintained by all Tour players. When everyone plays by the same rules, the great camaraderie of the GTA Amateur Tour is fostered. Recent additions to the Tour's prizing, such as the Most Improved Player Award and the Net Prize Award, are additional benefits of equitable handicapped play.
