Per Event Draw Prizing
Even if you do not score well there is still a great opportunity to walk away with some first class sponsor product. There will be a draw at every Tour event for a Mill Street Brew Pub $50 certificate!!

Net Score
Net score is the player's score after handicap strokes have been subtracted from the player's gross score. At each Tour event, using your net score, players will have the opportunity to compete against players in their own Flight. This means that, even if you don't place in the top three of your Flight in gross score, you can still do well relative to your own handicap against players in your Flight. Another of the many ways to win by playing on Tour!

eg: At the start of the Coppinwood event, a B Flight player's Handicap Factor is 12.4. The player's course handicap, from the blue tees is 14: 12.4 [factor] x 126 [slope] /113 [average slope].

The player's gross score at the event is 87. The player's net score for the event is 73: 87 [gross score] – 14 [course handicap] = 73 [net score].

Most Improved Player Award
A player's season will start from their first Tour event of the season and end at their last Tour event of the season.

The formula for calculating the most improved player has been established by Golf Canada as equitable in gauging the improvement of players encompassing the entire spectrum of handicaps and is calculated as follows:

Start of Season Handicap Factor + 12 divided by End of Season Handicap Factor + 12

eg. A player's season starts at Coppinwood when their Handicap Factor is 5.8. At the Tour Championship, the player's last event of the season, their Handicap Factor has gone down to 4.5. The player's Improvement Factor is 1.079.

5.8 + 12 = 17.8 = 1.079 (calculated to three decimal places)
4.5 + 12 = 16.5
